The “clean” sheets have poop stains all over… not sure if the cleaning crew was upset that we requested room service after 5pm (we didn’t leave the hotel during the day so our room wasn’t made)

We had a great stay at the Grand Mark. The hotel is located in the center of Prague with lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The food in the hotel restaurant was great, too. As was the service. Especially Bilel, the concierge and valet, stood out.
