A good address at the foot of the castle stairs. The rooms are spacious and everything has been designed to make guests feel at home. Plus: the wellness area, housed in a ^15th-century grotto, with spa, hammam and relaxation and massage room. However, the Romanesque style of the room housing the giant bubble bath has nothing to envy it. If you're short on time, opt for the 30-minute exfoliating treatment. If you have more time, choose the best: a caviar treatment for 2 hours of pure relaxation and bliss.

Po úvodní komunikaci s paní ředitelkou Michalovou, jsme se rozhodli uspořádat svatbu v tomto skvělém hotelu. Objektivně oceňuji 5* - jak celý hotel, tak obsluhu a domluvu. Vše co se dohodlo, se dodrželo. Hosté byli nadmíru spokojení s jídlem, ubytováním a hlavně vstřícnou obsluhou. Všem doporučují návštěvu této skvělé restaurace i samotného hotelu. :)

Krásný hotel v centru Prahy, který určitě stojí za návštěvu.
Nádherně zařízený interiér, velmi příjemný a vstřícný personál. Naprosto nadstandardní služby a přístup.
Překvapení v podobě lahve šampaňského a úžasné přání k narozeninám, bylo velmi milé.
Moc děkujeme za krásný víkend.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vor Ort gibt es eine Tiefgarage, die zwar ein bisschen eng ist, jedoch sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für unser E-Auto hatte (Tesla - sogar bei Tesla hinterlegt). Das Zimmer ist sauber und schön. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im Preis enthalten war das Frühstück, welches wirklich alles bietet und sehr gut schmeckte. Hier geht keiner hungrig in die Stadt. Das Hotel liegt in absoluter Nähe zur Innenstadt von Prag. Zu Fuß haben wir nie länger als 10 Minuten gebraucht. Im guten Gewissen können wir dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nah am Zentrum. Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel entspricht nicht den Kriterien von 5 Sternen. In Deutschland würde ein solches Hotel nur 3 Sterne bekommen.
