Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Die U-Bahn-Station Florenc ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sehr groß und üppig, aber mit 28 € pro Person auch schon im hohen Preissegment. Die Bar in der neunten Etage bietet abends einen grandiosen Blick über die Stadt bei schönen Drinks.

Ein guter Hotelkomplex, der etwas abseits des Trubels gelegen ist, aber dennoch sehr schnell fußläufig zu den Attraktionen erreichbar ist.
Die Zimmer sind gehobener US Standard, was bei Bad und Toilette üblicherweise Abschläge bedeutet. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we faced a long check-in queue but noticed a designated counter for families. We were a family of three. Attempting to use it, we were surprisingly rebuffed by staff and left standing, ignored. Despite seeking help, responses ranged from being snubbed by a porter to being disregarded by check-in staff. Our attempt to get assistance resulted in being told to wait without any follow-up, until finally, a staff member appeared, seemingly unaware of the family check-in process. The check-in, when it did happen, was marred by a touch of rudeness.This initial interaction set a negative tone for our stay, highlighting a lack of organization and a disappointing disregard for guest experience right from the start.
