This is the official City Card of Prague. With its possession, you'll have access to numerous advantages: free access or discounts on visits to the city's main monuments, unlimited free public transport, as well as many great experiences, such as the famous tourist tramway or a cruise on the Vltava. The card is available for purchase via the app of the same name, but also directly on the website or at one of the information points in town (see website). Highly recommended.

Prague Visitor Pass is not accepted en seems unknown by Czech busdrivers, musea etc. A lot of things they promote are already free. They don't give money back when not satisfied. Because i paid for everything i did and also pais for the unexepted card i did have a nice days. Would have bin nicer if Prague Card understood my problem and made a refund. Because i could not (my wors against theirs) use the card so they delivered nothing.

Hi, I don't understand at all what the Prague Visitor Pass is for. I need a paper ticket anyway. I was in Prague with a small child, I bought the Prague Visitor Pass also to save time - I naively thought that if I had a QR code on my mobile, the matter was resolved. However, what was my surprise when the lady in the temple of St. Víta asked me to go to the ticket office for a paper ticket, where of course there was a queue. I went through the same at the Kampa Museum etc. JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND and consider that incompatible with the 21st century.
