HÔTEL IBEROSTAR MENCEY

We arrived in the morning, having disembarked at 8:30 from a cruise. It was too early to check in so we left our bags and went to the pool which is huge, well-attended, and surrounded by chaises and umbrellas with restaurant and spa at one side. We were promised an alert as soon as a room was available but, in fact, we had to wait until 3:15. We were using points for our stay so I understand that we weren't given a high priority.

The entire property is beautifully maintained and I especially loved the floral arrangements throughout.

We had time to enjoy the breakfast buffet one morning. The presentation, quality, and variety of offerings were absolutely fabulous. I wanted to spend the day there!

We had drinks and snacks one evening on the terrace. We fled there after I usually sitting inside at the bar where the TV blared but that was becausefans we're wildly enthusiastic about a soccer game that was being played. We'd hoped for some calm but the ambient music was deafening. Our stay was short! (We walked by tonight and the live musician was a far better alternative.)

The public spaces are lovely; the bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are certainly adequate though very neutral. As long as they are clean, I don't care. I would have appreciated access to an ice machine.

Overall an A- and the location near the magnificent park was a plus.

Maravilloso edificio, con una delicada decoración. El servicio y trato del personal decepción al. Educado, amable y muy dispuesto a agradar al cliente.

Hoy he visitado el Spa del Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey, nos es la primera vez, lo reconozco, cuando el día a día me supera y quiero hacer un paréntesis, acudo siempre en busca de paz y así es, desde que entras en sus instalaciones tanto el personal de recepción como el de cabina con los tratamientos te hacen bajar las revoluciones.

Esta vez me ha decantando por el masaje sueco de 55 min, aunque mi preferido es el Lomi Lomi Nui, masaje Hawaiano que recorre todo tu cuerpo con antebrazos y manos, simplemente espectacular.

Así que si buscas paz y desconexión ponte en sus manos, no saldrás decepcionado.
