Buen hotel y excelente ubicación. Eso sí, has de tener confianza con quien compartes la habitación porque tiene una ventana hacia el baño. Sigo pensando para qué sirve.

NH Tenerife far exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. The hospitality has gone above and beyond anything that I have experienced before. I lost my carry-on suitcase and Juan P. made sure to help me every step of the way. His genuine concern and professionalism were evident. He persistently called the airline, located online claims I needed to file, and helped support me along with my lack of fluency in Spanish. I rarely ever post a review, but Juan P. has worked so effectively and efficiently that it prompted me to encourage others to stay at this hotel for Juan P. In most hotels - the amenities and location are similar, the one OUTSTANDING factor for NH Tenerife is the customer service from Juan P. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience left a lasting impression on me. I highly commend Juan for his astonishing efforts and the hotel for fostering a culture of guest-centric service.
