After moving from the proximity of the Plaza de España lake, in April 2023 the tourist office moved into the Palacio de Carta, an 18th-century building. Eventually, this building will house a future museum of the city's history. French-language documentation includes a map of Santa Cruz with the main landmarks and a guide to Tenerife's natural riches. Another information point is available at cruise ship arrivals.
