SAN BENITO ABAD CHURCH
Hermitage with a nave near the church of the Concepción where the patronal feast of San Benito takes place in July
Located in the San Benito district, very close to the Church of the Concepción, it has been recently restored. It consists of a single nave, with a red stone arch framing the main door and a typical Mudejar coffered ceiling representative of many Canarian temples. This is where San Benito's patron saint's day is held in July. This is the occasion for one of the most popular romerías in the Canary Islands, in thanks for the harvests.
