FONDATION CRISTINO DE VERA
Foundation with a permanent exhibition and temporary exhibitions on the first floor
Opened in 2009, this foundation managed by CajaCanarias exhibits, in permanent collection, the paintings and drawings of Cristino de Vera, one of the most important Canary Islands painters in contemporary Spanish art, whose works can be seen at the Reina Sofia in Madrid or the Ivam in Valencia. Regularly renewed, this permanent exhibition shows the work of this painter obsessed with death. This foundation also hosts temporary exhibitions on the ground floor and its visit will be an opportunity to get to know a very beautiful 18th century Canary Island house.
