KAFKA
The mistress of the house claims a dual influence, Catalan and Andalusian. So don't be surprised to taste fideua de mariscos (vermicelli paella) or fried fish prepared Andalusian-style. The Canary Islands are not forgotten either, as you'll also be served the island's flagship fish: cherne canario, prepared a la plancha and served with a homemade mojo . It's all very fine and can be eaten without hunger, but you may be left a little hungry. Big appetites should be avoided, but this remains one of the rare restaurants in Puerto de la Cruz to offer genuine culinary research, and is therefore recommended. The decor is resolutely design and therefore uncluttered. If you wish to dine at one of the few tables set up in the pedestrian street, it's best to book in advance, especially at weekends.
