H10 TENERIFE PLAYA ^{* * * *}

Hemos pasados dos días perfecto, agradecer al ayudante JONAS por su atención y amabilidad. También los compañeros de recepción y restaurante la verdad que hemos disfrutado mucho sobre todo por lo bien que te tratan. Un aplauso y reconocimiento a todos ellos y muchas gracias.

The food is excellent , a good variety of dishes for starters , mains and desserts . all drinks in the evening meal have to be paid for .
The room is a good size and kept clean daily by the excellent cleaning ladies , the decor was a little shabby in places and the towel rail not fully secured to the wall , we had a balcony room , this was on the ground floor and at the front side of the hotel and was over looking pipework etc that was disguised by having a hedge in front of it , so we did not make use of it ????‍♂️
Great views from the roof terrace , plenty of sun beds and seating on the terrace and around the pool , the pool area is lovely , courtesy pool towels are readily available .
I didnt find out until the last day that they had daily events like archery , petanque etc , everything is listed on their web app using the free WiFi but not obvious ????‍♂️ .
There was bit of confusion as to when the room was available on the first day , we were told it was usually 2pm but probably be ok for 1pm , we got back at 1.40pm and was told No its 3pm !!! , but luckily was already for us .
I would stay here again as its a lovely location with great food and service , but would ask for a balcony room higher up ????????????????

Le sobran estrellas por todos lados. No tiene aparcamiento ni dentro ni en los alrededores, te tienes que ir a un centro comercial donde el precio es bastante elevado. Las habitaciones superiores (teníamos 2 superiores supuestamente) tienen un baño diminuto, tanto que el lavabo y la taza están pegados y es casi misión imposible utilizarlo. Lo peor de todo sin ninguna duda es la comida, tenemos intolerancias y bastantes alergias alimentarias (leche, ajo, cebolla, tomate), lo informamos desde que hicimos la reserva, al llegar se lo comentamos a la "jefa" de comedor, una chica de color, no recuerdo su nombre, y su contestación fue ahí tienes leche de soja y el resto es lo que hay en el buffet, una contestación fuera de lugar y sin empatia en ningún momento, claro que estaba más preocupada de criticar a los clientes que otra cosa. La calidad de la comida normal, variedad muy poca, la fruta malisima y si hablamos del pan, duro como piedras.
