Gemütliches Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber mit Charme. Das Frühstück ist leider etwas einfallslos, sehr einfach und ohne jede Abwechslung. Insgesamt aber eine klare Empfehlung.

Ein schönes Traditionshotel im Herzen von Puerto de la Cruz mit viel Charme und einem sehr schönen Patio! Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch an der Rezeption ist das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen!! Leider gibt es im ganzen Haus ein Problem mit den Abflussleitungen!!! In den Badezimmern ist der Geruch teilweise unerträglich! Außerdem besteht insbesondere in den Badezimmern Renovierungsstau! Wir haben über booking gebucht und in der Beschreibung waren unter anderem Bademäntel versprochen, die es nicht gab! Das Frühstück war gut, es gab von allem reichlich!

Wunderschönes, familiäres Hotel im altkanarischen Stil. Super saubere, grosse Zimmer, viele mit Balkon. 3 Dachterrassen, davon eine mit beheiztem Pool und Whirlpool. Die oberste Dachterrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über die (Alt-)Stadt, das Hinterland und auf den Teide. Die Zimmer, Flure, Treppenhäuser, Dachterrassen, etc. werden täglich geputzt und gewischt, sowie regelmäßig frisch gestrichen. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend, extra Wünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Meerpromenade und Fußgängerzone (Altstadt). Der Lago Martianez, sowie das grosse Meerwasserschwimmbecken sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, zum Loro Park fährt ein kostenloses Bimmelbähnchen. Rund um das Hotel gibt es viele gute Restaurants und noch mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Preise liegen gut unter den Deutschen Preisen (März 2024), hier macht das Geld ausgeben noch Spaß:-)
Einziger Wermutstropfen, der Hund darf zwar mit ins Hotel und aufs Zimmer (6 €/Tag), aber leider nicht in den Frühstücksraum.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und genießen mit unserem Hund dieses malerisch schöne Hotel...

Great location right in the square in the old town, the hotel has lovely character throughout. The rooms do have more traditional furnishings and while I wouldn't call them modern by any means, they are clean and in perfect keeping with the style of the hotel and price.

Solo hemos estado en la terraza del bar que esta muy bien,pera pinta del hotel es muy buena el patio interior llama la atención y la terraza con la piscina y vistas al mar un lujo,no comento el resto por que no lo hemos visto

Great family owned place. Although it's been around for generations everything is clean and updated. Gorgeous common area. Funny,old, working téléphone. Super helpful and nice staff, especially at check-in. Very well located and good price. Would definitely stay again!

Ein historisches Haus in bester Lage von Puerto de la Cruz/Teneriffa.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non rende più consigliabile l'hotel. Bagno senza aerazione efficace e senza alcun sistema di sicurezza (la vasca, adibita a doccia, manca di una sbarra di appoggio). Eravamo vecchi clienti; peccato, cambieremo hotel in futuro.

Una pena. El hotel está con necesidad de actualizar. Un hotel tan bien ubicado y que se encuentre con tanta falta de actualizarse y modernizarse. Podría ser el mejor. Una pena.

Fin de semana dos habitaciones con desayuno.
Lo mejor de todo la ubicación, un hotel con muchas posibilidades si lo reformaran.

Muy a gusto estuvimos, en habitación con balconcillo con vistas al mar, muy amplia, el servicio y el trato con el personal encantador, super amables, La cocina del restaurante del hotel es magnífica. Es difícil que cuando vuelva al Puerto de la Cruz vaya a cambiar de hotel.

Obwohl ich dort lediglich nach Informationen gefragt hatte, würde ich mit außerordentlicher Freundlichkeit und sehr hilfsbereit behandelt. Man nahm sich viel Zeit, mir Zusammenhänge in PC zu erklären, versorgte mich mit Kartenmaterial und wichtigen Infos. Sollte ich wieder nach PC reisen, werde ich garantiert dort ein Zimmer buchen.

Gemuetliches, älteres Hotel. Eindrucksvoll bewachsenes Patio.
Sehr zentral gelegen. Kleines minus : Zimmersafe kostet 2,50€/tag, WIFI im Zimmer 14,-€/Wo.

Decepción.Desastre.Horror y nada barato.Resumen...un cuchitril entendiendo que todo es una auténtica chapuza,las puertas rotas, antiquísimas,viejo,papel de años en las paredes,sin aire,feo,ropa cama viejo,en parte del hotel sin ascensor y baños pequeños y con bañeras imposibles para personas mayores.
Un auténtico desastre.De verdad que es un hotel histórico y es una pena que sus instalaciones estén así de viejas y todo tan tan descuidado.Necesita reforma urgente.

Ein wirklich interessantes Hotel, je nachdem was man erwartet und was man sich wünscht...die Auswahl ist hier unten am Puerto ja riesig und da dürfte ja für jeden etwas passendes dabei sein...hier ist die Lage natürlich Klasse wenn man sich Zentrumsnähe wünscht, allerdings auch entsprechend laut geht es hier zu....wer nach Ruhe sucht geht lieber woanders hin (zum Beispiel vielleicht zu uns auf die Finca auf La Palma '-)
Ein echt historisches Hotel, ich mag so etwas gerne (viel lieber als hyper modern oder so).
Das Personal finde ich durchweg super nett und sehr hilfsbereit, Glückwunsch dazu!
Den Pool finde ich Klasse und den Whirlpool ebenfalls, habe ich beides gerne genutzt!
Eines der Highlights dieses Hotels ist mit Sicherheit das Atrium und die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Blick auf den Teide oder das Meer ????????????
Ich komme gerne bei passender Gelegenheit wieder und wünsche den Besitzern weiterhin viel Glück (sie sind ja auf der Zielgeraden zum hundertsten Jubiläum!!!).

Hôtel très bien situé mais très difficile à trouver une place si vous êtes véhiculé.

Façade sublime et un patio qui vaut le détour.

Les chambres font très viellot et méritent d’être rafraîchies et d’être isolées.
Wi-Fi indisponible, je ne sais pas s’il faut payer.

Petit-déjeuner basique et choix minimes. Ils doivent revoir la carte.

Je ne recommande pas forcément vu le prix, mais je comprends qu’on puisse apprécié le style et l’institution.

A lot to say about this place. For a quick pro/cons review swipe down at the bottom.

What once could have been a local stylish and culturally relevant building, is now an old decadent building that has clearly missed some renovation works over the years.

The building exterior and its patio still have a beautiful and fascinating structure/style, that could be improved with small details like lighting (especially in the patio, white lights could be replaced with warmer lights).

The main problems come within the room. Old, dusty, and a bit depressing. 70s small rooms with overused old bed covers, at this point, disused in most world hotels as usually dirty or not easy to clean. Small bathroom, easily flooded every time you shower. And at least in our room, no connection and no wifi.

Wi-Fi is another big bad point. Even though we didn't have any sort of Wi-Fi signal in our room or many other places around the hotel, apparently you have 30 minutes of free in-room and hotel Wi-Fi and then you have to pay for the rest of the day. If paying for Wi-Fi isn't already absurd in 2024, the biggest issue was that the connection was about 3 Mbps slow, which isn't even enough to get you connected on WhatsApp. Hence, you are paying for something that won't even be useful.

Breakfast. Let's keep this simple, shall we? Everything that wasn't directly from Mother Nature, like fruits, wasn't good. Low selection and low quality.

Room service is available. We never used it as prices were 4*star hotel expensive, and this hotel couldn't definitely afford them.

Staff politeness. Let's say that we weren't necessarily fascinated by their kindness, but we didn't have any issue. Overall okay. You can feel they are just doing their jobs, nothing more.

Pros:
- Good central location
- Good rooftop terrace/solarium overseeing a nice square and church
- Nice swimming pool

Cons:
- Not great balance cost/quality
- Small old room
- Small easily flooded bathroom
- Scarce Wi-Fi connection.
- Super slow Wi-Fi at a cost €
- Low selection/low-quality breakfast
- Expensive room service.
- No plugs around the whole hotel to facilitate smart working
- Online photos depicted a much nicer place and are a bit misleading.

Find another solution! With the same prices, much better places can be found around.

Hotel con un Patio y una Fachada tradicional bien conservada muy agradable, han mejorado las habitaciones y la Piscina...

J’ai séjourné dans 1 chambre simple au RC que je ne recommande pas sauf en dépannage car elle donnait sur une ruelle sombre, bruyante avec vis-à-vis sur des bureaux. J’ai donc mené un peu "1 vie de rat" pour 1 prix, somme toute, élevé. Pas de wi-fi dans la chambre mais dans le patio, certes joliment décoré. Petit-déjeuner inclus mais de piètre qualité.
Je ne recommande pas si ce n’est pour la situation.
