LOS GUACHINCHEZO
This family restaurant is held by a nice couple of Canary Eduardo and his wife Carmen! His name comes from Guachinche: a typical tavern on the island of Tenerife! The address is a culinary delight as well as a grandmother, and even the decoration style bistro and painting in rubber toile brings back to our childhood memories. The chef, José Antonio Fernandel Moreno, has delicious typical recipes all prepared with fresh and local produce. Wine is handmade and does without machine by the owner on his finca just two steps away! On the menu, small peas fresh to bacon bacon, octopus in dressing, chowder of chickpeas and meat… and many sweet goat cheese in the country. A friendly atmosphere!
