Visitor's center with a small museum on volcanoes with a very informative film
Even if you already have the information you need, don't hesitate to go there to visit the small volcano museum which provides information on all aspects of Teide: geological, botanical and archaeological. You enter through a lava corridor. Very informative short explanatory film, interactive and explanatory panels, small library. Annexed to the centre, the botanical garden presents the indigenous flora (75% of the species present in the park).

C'est plus un petit musée gratuit qu'un office du tourisme.
C'est très vitre fait mais il faut y jeter un œil.

Une bénédiction par temps pluvieux avec des enfants: une petite salle ludique avec des boutons pour éclairer le volcan, des tirans pour soupeser des blocs de pierre de dimensions identiques mais poids différents selon roches volcaniques et un film avec une sorte de démon qui raconte l'histoire du Teide en français !
