I love this hotel but I'd like to see some changes before i book again. As a disabled person it is always hard to find hotels suitable for the needs of people who depend on wheels and sticks. The hotel made a big effort to make our room accessible and the staff were extremely helpful. But the swimming pools are extremely difficult to use as the steps into all of them only have one handrail! I saw many people struggling, even nondisabled, but for me, I needed a lot of help getting out of the pool. Just some simple additions would make the pools much more accessible. One pool has a chair that the lifeguard operates to get the wheel user into the pool. It's a horrible experience! You're dropped into deep water, out of my depth, and to get out, someone has to find the lifeguard to operate the chair. Decent steps would solve the problem for many people. Such small bits of infrastructure would transform the experience of many disabled people.

Our clients are always having a wonderful time in this hotel.

We offer them activities to discover nature: birdwatching, whalewatching, trekking, and everything you would like that is respectful with our environment.

Absolutely flawless!!! I'm not sure where to start but overall this is a can't miss choice. The breakfast was great to start your day, and we have to give a special thank you to Manuel and Donald. They were the most gracious hosts you could imagine and I'd say they are the example that others should follow. Michel at La Hacienda was also absolutely great for our dinners. There is a ton to do on site and/or plenty to do within walking distance. Their Club House (for excursions) was simply top notch. Finally, we have to give an enormous thank you to housekeeping. We rarely saw them, but the room was always made up with fresh towels, organized everything, hell we even got nightly chocolates. I'm going to just say they are magical. Just make this your choice, you won't be disappointed. We WILL be back.

Really nice hotel,good vibes, staff were great, breakfast was very good.
My only real issue was the air-conditioning in the room wasn't working great otherwise it would be a score of 5 out of 5, it's a really good place.

Un bijou, aussi bien le lieu que le personnel de l’hôtel. L’ensemble des employés sont adorables, chaleureux et nous ont aidé à profiter un maximum de nos vacances. Grand professionnalisme.
Le Bahia del Duque est un hôtel plein de recoins charmants, dont l’ancienneté sur la côte se ressent dans son authenticité.

Quel dommage qu’un hôtel de ce standing et à ces prix soit incapable de gérer l’isolation phonique des chambres !
Le lieu est magique en soi, un Disneyland de luxe, le personnel en grande partie aux petits soins et adorables, mais la chambre pas du tout à la hauteur.
Nous pouvions entendre le film complet des voisins à travers la double porte (clairement non souhaitée), les enfants qui couraient au dessus de nous et la musique de l’hôtel d’en face comme si nous y étions. Inadmissible considérant le prix, et la réception de nuit n’a pas du tout su nous aider pour demander aux voisins de baisser, ils n’ont juste rien fait. Donc non, nous tenons à notre sommeil et ne reviendrons donc pas malgré la magie (artificielle, mais réelle) du lieu.

Suite à la réponse ci dessous : le changement de chambre a été proposé pendant que nous faisions le checkout, le lendemain matin de cette nuit horrible. Donc inutile.
