La Mangoune was born in Cantal some twenty years ago, with the idea of promoting the gastronomy of the Auvergne region. The Puy-de-Dôme region has two establishments, in Riom and Clermont-Ferrand. The concept is similar to that of a theme restaurant: you are immersed in a rustic atmosphere, from the decor to the dishes. You'll find local classics like truffade and pounti, as well as a menu of large salads, burgers with Auvergne cheeses that melt inside, and lesser-known farinades.

Rapide efficace
J'ai bien aimé la décoration. Pensez à réserver ce n'est jamais de trop ????.

Menus très sympas le midi et desserts très copieux.
Attente légèrement longue et salle légèrement mal isolée, mais personnel sympathique.
J'ai globalement bien apprécié.
