Restaurant serving Italian and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, created by chef Mickaël Méjean, in Riom.
Augustine is the first name of the great-grandmother of Nico Gennardi, already well known for his other Riom-based establishments. He chose this name to pay homage to his Neapolitan roots, so it's no coincidence that Italian and Mediterranean connotations can be found in the dishes he offers. To concoct all this, the chef in the kitchen is Mickaël Méjean. His signature dishes include fresh pasta, prepared in front of the customer and flambéed with Grappa in a wheel of Parmesan cheese. At lunchtime, the menus are varied and well-balanced.
