It is the same dynamic team, that of Véronique Laurent, the adjoining Ibis Budget, which will welcome you in this recent hotel (built in 2013) and the modern decoration. Clean rooms, including 4 families, will be the perfect base for visiting the surrounding area or for professional travel. Some even enjoy a view of the famous dome of Dome! The common spaces (lounges, bar, breakfast room) are not in the balance and complement the offer of this hotel ideally located at the gates of the beautiful town of Riom.

Iets van de snelweg af. Bij aankomst in budget geen personeel moeten door lopen naar hotel van ibis er naast. Uiteraard vriendelijke geholpen maar konden niet met de pin betalen, moest een creditcard hebben. Natuurlijk geen pinautomaat in de buurt dus geannuleerd.

L’emplacement est idéal, par contre l’accueil est à revoir, pas qu’il ne soit mauvais mais plutôt très peu accueilli.
Déjeuner simple il n’y a pas plus ni moins…
Les chambres sont bien sauf le matelas qui est à revoir ! Il est déformé et manque de confort.
J’ai trouvé 2 punaises diabolique dans la chambre, même si cette année nous avons été envahi, je considère que dans un hôtel « 3 étoiles » il ne devrait pas en avoir

Para o preço que pedem por estadia em particular pelo pequeno almoço tem que oferecer mais variedade e sobretudo quantidade das coisas que estão no pequeno almoço ! Não havia taças para tomar.o café, meu marido pediu ao empregado disse que demorava 1-2 min! Ao fim de 10 minutos trouxe copos mas chávenas nem vê las! Ovos mexidos acabaram e não voltaram a trazer ! Eram 8:00, se aquela hora já não tem ovos e chavenas, só irá piorar ! Com os 12 euros d é pequeno almoço , foi uma desilusão ! Saímos insatisfeitos com o pequeno almoço e os empregados que não foram nada prestáveis !
Localização boa, quartos agradáveis , limpos , cama confortável mas o final da estadia estragou tudo ! Desagradada e insatisfeita com este hotel !
