MUSEO ETNOGRAFICO DE LA GOMERA
Museum that aims to show how the inhabitants survived a difficult environment and shaped it in Hermigua
Housed in a building with white, red-striped walls dating from the beginning of the 20th century, this pretty little museum is well worth a visit. A beautiful scenography presents its collection; spread over two floors, traditional utensils from La Gomera, used for fishing or agriculture, as well as pottery and textiles. But beyond an exhibition of objects, its aim is to show how the inhabitants have survived a difficult environment and shaped it.
