To get there, you will have to make a small detour of almost 5 km north of Valverde to get to Echedo, but it is worth it. In this "grandmother's fig tree", Maria Dolores Padrón composes delicious Canarian dishes from the four basic elements that make up El Hierro's gastronomy: fish, cheese, goat meat and wine. The menu then changes according to the seasons and the ingredients of the garden. One also appreciates its beautiful shaded and flowered inner courtyard and the atmosphere of the place. Don't forget to make a reservation.

Cadre apaisant, belle ambiance, cuisine exquise. Ce resto à Valverde a tout pour séduire. Vivement recommandé.
