The new apartments, very pleasant, are located in a beautiful and old Canary Island house, completely renovated, spread over 4 floors without elevator. Some have a terrace, with a preference for the 60 m² one with a carved wooden balcony that offers a pretty view of the pedestrian street while quiet or entertainment depending on the time of day. And to top it all off, the sun terrace on the roof offers you a panoramic view of the city and azure waves and since June 2017, a new small beach has been built in 2017.
