This excellent Canary and Mediterranean restaurant, situated on a beautiful square in the heart of the historic centre, has a successful map: cheese mix from here, carpaccio of bluefin tuna, salads, scrambled eggs with Iberian ham, seafood risotto, squid, shrimp… The place is also unique since it is a historic palace, a former theatre in Las Palmas, and the address has not forgotten its first cultural vocation since there are concerts and literary encounters. A magical address to discover absolutely!
