Nearly perfect. Nice service, wonderful view from the room to the ocean. The main minus point is the food.
Dining room should have better aircondition, often smelling there burned food from the grillstation. And the food should be more interesting and from better quality.

A bit of a mixed bag! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, although we had to pay to hire the room safe (8€) and bath robes were also to hire for an additional fee. Whilst the balcony was quite large, unfortunately our 'sea view' was obstructed by a high side wall which went almost diagonally across the balcony, obstructing much of the view. The buffet breakfast had great choices, although there was a queue with a wait to get in each morning. The reception staff were competent but not very welcoming - no smiles, answered questions briefly, no offers of additional information, rather impersonal. The Marina Cafe had really slow service, with long waits to have orders delivered, sometimes with incomplete orders - can't really recommend it although it was always busy. Location is superb, right on Las Cantaras beach, with a lovely promenade right outside the back door and lots of cafes/restaurants heading left out of the hotel.
