An address offering modern apartments with a rooftop terrace and panoramic views in Las Palmas.
Opened in April 2014, these Las Palmas lofts are the work of architects José Antonio Sosa and Evelyn Alonso, who transformed a 1907 house into a complex of three modern apartments, each 50 m², while preserving the neoclassical façade. The interior decoration is modern and acidic, with large work tables. Note the killer detail, a plug to recharge electric bicycles at the entrance. On the roof terrace, you can enjoy a view of the Triana district.
