CATHEDRAL AND MUSEUM OF SACRED ART
Cathedral with a neoclassical style nave and a patio decorated with orange trees with a museum of sacred art
Begun at the beginning of the 15th century, the construction of Santa Ana Cathedral was not completed until the beginning of the 19th century, as far as its façade is concerned. The latter, in neoclassical style, follows the plans of the Canary Islands architect and sculptor Luján Pérez. Inside, the Gothic style houses other statues of Lujan Pérez, including a very realistic Christ, as well as a museum displaying the treasure of this cathedral. Set up in a nave, it overlooks a patio decorated with orange trees.
