THEATER PÉREZ GALDÓS
The most modern theater in Las Palmas with a program to consult on the website
Located in the south-east of the Vegueta district, at the beginning of Calle Mayor de Triana, the Pérez Galdós Theatre is one of the most emblematic buildings in Las Palmas and one of the most modern theatres in Spain. Built in 1919 by the local architect Manuel Martín Fernandez de la Torre, it was extensively renovated in 2007. Inside, its frescos, executed by the famous painter Néstor de la Torre, the architect's brother, will be noted, and the tropical exuberance will be appreciated in the Saint-Saëns lounge on the first floor. Programming to be consulted on the website.
