Also known as Molino del Conde, this typical Canarian mill dates back to 1517 and operated for 400 years. It was used to make gofio, a cereal flour of Guanche origin and still widely used in today's cuisine. Open to the public since 1998, it houses a museum comprising 3 rooms: the one where the gofio was grilled, the one where the grain is milled and a last one housing various working instruments (900 pieces in total). It is also here that the tourist office of Firgas is located.
