Cuisine of chef Sébastien Pajot in a restaurant in the shade of Charade Castle.

Located in the shadow of the Château de Charade, the Auberge of the same name welcomes you for lunch, a family meal or dinner with friends. While Sébastien Pajot works alone in the kitchen, his wife Mathilde officiates in the dining room. A lunchtime menu ideal for a green lunch. In the evening, the recipes go up a notch and you can discover all the chef's creations and talents. Note that it's on weekends, from Thursday to Saturday, that you'll enjoy this cuisine. In winter, you can enjoy the fireplace, while in summer, you can soak up the sun on the terrace.

Déjà avec les anciens propriétaires le lieu était très sympathique.

Sébastien Pajot a monté le niveau de la cuisine d'un cranc.

Pour 22€ le soir, manger dans un endroit champêtre a deux pas de Clermont Fd, par exemple:

- des Cannelloni de crabe et crevettes avec sa concassée de tomates tièdes au basilic
- du Bar sauce gingembre avec son risotto de céleri
- une Brioche perdue, fruits rouges et glace pistache

Personnellement, je dis bravo.
