The restaurant has been completely renovated. R for Royat and for... rotunda! Yes, the gastronomes are installed in the rotunda, immersed in a unique atmosphere. This space is a mix between the Belle Époque and the XXIst century: the columns welcome giant screens which plunge us into different universes. In the kitchen, we find the chef Bruno Roche who has composed a new menu with other chefs of the group. The plates are colorful, the flavors and textures are combined. The menu changes with the seasons. On Sundays, we offer brunch.

Et la dorade était pas grille et sans les petits légumes et sans sauce vierge et j avait demande legumes confits et j ai eu des fruits très dur et trop dur
Tous été très degelace
Et mon ami a eu l apero en même temps que la tête de veau sauce gribiche
Donc pour le Perrier j était obligé de me déplace au bar
Donc les autres jours on y vas c est mieux
Et en plus assiette froid
