Restaurant offering a menu that favors local and seasonal products.
An alumnus of the Chamalières hotel school, Jérémy Daurat, now Toque d'Auvergne, cut his teeth alongside François Gagnaire, Rodolphe Regnauld and Troisgros... In his tearoom, the pastries are to die for. The dishes are "just right", in keeping with the young proprietor's CV. The menu favors local, seasonal produce. The wine list has been upgraded to offer even more choice and the right accompaniment. The setting is elegant and the team enthusiastic. Le Marquis is also present in Ceyrat and Chamalières.

Juste de passage pour une journée en amoureux sur royat.
Je recommande vivement
Très bonne pâtisserie
Cadre certes un peu vieillot mais bon accueil
Aussi, possibilité de plats à emporter très pratique
