Since the ^19th century, this Napoleon III-style hotel has retained its elegance and calm. The same family has run the establishment for over a century and a half, preserving the history of this classical-modern venue. It was the headquarters of the French Resistance during the Second World War. Enjoy the magnificent grounds and refined cuisine. Start with a foie gras terrine, carrot purée with hazelnut oil and mango coulis, followed by roast duck filet or a duo of cod and prawns, followed by a homemade pastry.

Je recommande cet hôtel, ancien bâtiment avec une atmosphère «maison de famille», rénové et calme. J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner Chambre 53 avec vue sur le jardin. Un jardin bien agréable pour se se ressourcer tout en découvrant les trésors de la région.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement parfait! Les lieux sont splendides: classe, confort, bon gout et fonctionnalité. Lit très confortable, chambre et sdb spacieuse, enfin, parfait. Le petit déjeuner parfait aussi, servi à notre convenance. Le personnel est impeccable, tout le monde a été très très sympathique, accueillant et arrangeant. Nous étions hébergé dans le cadre d'une course cycliste de 3 jours et de ce fait nous sommes arrivés très fatigués. L'accueil chaleureuse, presque familiale a donc été très bienvenue malgré les nombreuses arrivées en même temps! Le personnel gérait à merveille. Par la suite de notre course, à notre grand regret, l'hotel étaient loin d'avoir le même niveau que le Royal saint Mart. Enfin, nous avons au moins une raison de retourner à Royat: pouvoir loger à l'hotel saint Mart.
