Right next to the Royatonic baths, in front of the thermal baths and not far from the Casino, this hotel-restaurant is interesting for a stopover in the area and the rates are not prohibitive. An elevator allows to go up to the rooms. Some of them have a small balcony. The welcome is pleasant and the place is comfortable. All the rooms are now refreshed, in a style more in the air of time. A parking space can be reserved at an additional cost. On the restaurant and bar side, the lunch and dinner menus are complete and pleasant to taste.

Vieille personne qui gère la réception absolument incompétente, hôtel soit disant « rénové » alors qu’il est très vétuste, odeur désagréable dans les locaux, ascenseur qui tombe en panne, fils du gérant complètement ivre le soir très désagréable avec les clients de l’hôtel…… Le pire reste à venir, j’avais réservé 8 chambres pour un événement sur Royat, le lendemain matin le personnel nous a fait du chantage pour régler 10 chambres, soit deux de plus que celles réservées !!!
Simplement honteux et juste car ce vieux personnage n’est pas capable de prendre correctement des réservations. DU JAMAIS VU !!
he charged me 8 euro per night for the parking unlike they advertised it as free parking
he also charged my service animal for 10 euro per night, totally illegal.
he initially gave me bad smelly smoky room while I had reserved a non-smoking room, he changed it after I complained.
the new room didn't have a shower holder, so I had to wash with one hand while I was holding the shower in my hand
