Aymeric Barbary's creative cuisine on the terrace with a breathtaking view of Clermont.

During the summer months, the terrace on the seventh and top floor of the Princesse Flore is home to a pleasant panoramic café, which transforms into a lounge bar at the end of the day. This is an opportunity to enjoy the superb view of Royat and Clermont-Ferrand, while tasting some tapas, hot or cold, accompanied by a cocktail, a glass of wine or a glass of champagne. The menu is totally revisited each season by the chef Clement Lorente, in order to follow the latest trends. The 7th Flore can be privatized for an event.

Top hôtel avec apparence et dans un ordre tip-top. Accueil et service très sympathique. La cuisine est de qualité avec un service et un cadre de qualité. Fortement recommandé pour tous ceux qui visitent Clermont-Ferrand.

Nous avons très bienmange. Les plats sont originaux et le melange sucre salé est au rendez vous. Le personnel est aux petits soins. On peut goûter les vins avant de choisir son verre.
J ai pris du poisson, cuisson parfaite, mariage des textures et saveurs bien réussies. Que.dire du dessert. De la fraise et du céleri... Explosif et succulent. Il faut avoir l idée ????...
Bref, ce fut un tres Bon moment.
Et le chef qui est passé à la fin était très gentil et agréable. Merci

Hôtel charmant, excellent service, chambres très confortables, la terrasse supérieure est l'endroit idéal pour prendre des cocktails. Le restaurant était fermé quand nous y étions.
