Aymeric Barbary's creative cuisine on the terrace with a breathtaking view of Clermont.

During the summer months, the terrace on the seventh and top floor of the Princesse Flore is home to a pleasant panoramic café, which transforms into a lounge bar at the end of the day. This is an opportunity to enjoy the superb view of Royat and Clermont-Ferrand, while tasting some tapas, hot or cold, accompanied by a cocktail, a glass of wine or a glass of champagne. The menu is totally revisited each season by the chef Clement Lorente, in order to follow the latest trends. The 7th Flore can be privatized for an event.

Le Princesse Flore est un établissement luxueux situé à Royat aux abords de Clermont-Ferrand. Je m'y suis rendu pour un déjeuner en famille dans leur restaurant gastronomique. La nourriture et le service étaient tous deux exellents. Je recommande.

Très bien placé près des Termes de Royat. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais avec tout le confort. Le Spa est très grand et le personnel parfait.
