Philippe's cuisine is based exclusively on local products. Discover an original concept: the fondue à la fourme! The melted cheese arrives in its original cylinder and is served with potatoes in a small jute bag. For the hungry, the snack formula is for you. On Sunday evening, it is nettle soup.
