Philippe's cuisine is based exclusively on local products. Discover an original concept: the fondue à la fourme! The melted cheese arrives in its original cylinder and is served with potatoes in a small jute bag. For the hungry, the snack formula is for you. On Sunday evening, it is nettle soup. Exceptionnel. Amateurs de nourriture à la bonne franquette, bienvenue au paradis.
Le personnel plus que très gentil, qui prend le temps de nous expliquer le savoir faire, les endroits à visiter...
La cuisine, incroyable. De la charcuterie de petit producteur avec du coup, le vrai goût.
Et la fondue à la fourme ...
Enfin bref, avec le paysage en prime, venir ici est semblable à une vision de paradis.
