The Botanist is a tribute to Gerard Fothergill, an Englishman who pioneered herbal and spice medicine. The restaurant serves fresh seasonal cuisine with Mediterranean inspiration. Ideal for a date night, this atypical restaurant is romantic and has soft lighting. Oxtail croquettes, duck confit, lamb neck with smoked yogurt, white chocolate mousse... the plates are beautiful and full of flavor. The whole is crowned by a large choice of wines and beers, but also cocktails.
