Mamak refers to the stalls found in Malaysia, serving stews, vegetables, fried fish etc. Mamak offers the opportunity to see two of the most impressive cooking shows: the making of teh tarik and roti canai. Teh tarik is a sweet milk tea, which is spilled from one pot to another by pulling it almost a meter long through the air. The roti canai is a dough that is kneaded and then turned from one hand to the other so that it becomes a huge circle of thin dough before being toasted on a pan.

Pas de reservation possible the only thing to do is to wait patiently. But it was quickly (I still do not understand miracle which actually).
Delicious dishes but really are very spicy, for a ridiculous price given the quality of the dishes served. " roti" (malaysian bread) are just perfect.
