The Woolstore Hotel is a 90-room boutique hotel, with restaurant and bar, that combines "old world" charm with plenty of contemporary design and modern comforts. Originally built as a wool storage warehouse and factory in 1888, this beautiful establishment was fully restored in 2013 and then purchased by the Ovolo Group. It is adjacent to Sydney's Fish Market, the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), Darling Harbour, The Star casino, many trendy bars, restaurants and stores.
