A museum dedicated to exhibiting the work of contemporary artists from all horizons in Sydney, containing over 4,000 works.
Housed in an Art Deco building on Circular Quay, the MCA is dedicated to exhibiting works by contemporary artists from all walks of life. The MCA collection contains over 4,000 works by Australian artists acquired since 1989, with a particular focus on Aboriginal artists. Painting, photography and sculpture are all on display. An open-air café offers a magnificent view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
