Sydney-based gallery exhibiting works by leading Australian painters of international stature.

The Art Gallery of NSW exhibits great Australian painters (Eugène Von Guérard, Georges Lambert, Rupert Bunny, Sydney Nolan, Arthur Boyd...) and many painters of international stature. Most of the classical works are of European origin (Great Britain, Italy, France, Netherlands, etc.). Since the end of 2022, the museum has been split into two parts: the original building is the South Building, while the North Building is a modern structure with a beautiful view over the city. Aboriginal art is exhibited in the South Building, on the first floor.

joli musée, de plus il est gratuit pour les expositions à l'année. N'hésitez pas à y faire un tour lors d'une après midi, c'est ouvert tous les jours il me semble

Très belle galerie d'Art (l'architecture est sympa) avec de belles expositions temporaires et permanentes. La boutique est bien achalandée (livres spécialisés sur les différentes formes d'art et souvenirs de qualités). Le petit restaurant situé au sous-sol propose des repas de qualité.
