Dietmar Sawyere, one of Sydney's most famous chefs, climbed this jewel along the river. The kind of restaurant that can be accessed by road, of course, but also by the most improbable ways: by boat or small aircraft from Sydney. The location is idyllic, ultra romantic, peaceful. In the middle of Ku-ring-gay Chase National Park, this restaurant is a faute. The dishes are divine, the perfect wine menu and impeccable service. The ideal place for a great occasion (wedding anniversary, wedding request) or a little folly.
