Built just over 100 years ago, at the time of the Federation, the beautiful building that houses Silk's Brasserie has been home to many commercial businesses since 1910: Grocery store, Siège taxi shop, shoe shop and restaurant. In 1994, the facility was acquired by Graham and Erin Silk. These last exploitèrent until 2001 by giving them their name. A name and an establishment today renowned in Leura.
