Teddy David and his wife Aurélie raise their herd of about fifty goats in the heart of the Cézallier. With their milk, they make artisanal cheeses such as crottin, brick, tomme or gaperon. These products are sold directly at the farm, as well as the goat's milk terrine and goat's milk soaps. Teddy David is also present on the market of Saint-Germain-Lembron on Thursday. You can also take an educational tour of the farm to meet the other animals, cows and chickens.
