These three perfect surfing beaches are located to the south, on the other side of Cape Byron and the 1901 lighthouse
These three beaches are part of Broken Head Nature Reserve. They are located south, on the other side of Cape Byron and the 1901 lighthouse, which is the easternmost point of the Australian continent. They are ideal for surfing. And if you don't practice this sport, it is also very pleasant (and sometimes very impressive!) to watch the numerous surfers taking the waves! Note that Kings Beach is sometimes occupied by nudists.

At Byron Bay the walk to do, on foot! (a sign congratulates you on arrival for not leaving a carbon footprint) we enjoy beautiful views at several points of the journey, with possibilities of beautiful photos, back on foot through the bush and magnificent view over a huge desert beach (sharks?) stuffed with astonishing waves
the beaches are exceptional, I had the courage to walk that long sea and goes to the sentence and I did not regret. However take water if you do it in summer.
The beaches of Byron Bay are simply fantastic! Ideal for romantic and surf. I did not see any nudists the 2fois or I was!
