Built in 1859, Jondaryan Woolshed is the oldest surviving sheep farm in Queensland. Now transformed into a 12-hectare museum, it shows the daily life of the farm (machines, sheep shearing) and its role in the development of pastoralism in the Darling Downs; notably in the legendary revolt of sheep shearers in 1890. Preparation of the traditional Billy Tea and Australian damper (bread).
