Ocean Rafting takes you on an exploration of the Whitsundays aboard a fast, inflatable semi-rigid boat: thrills guaranteed! Two tours are available: Northern Exposure and Southern Lights. The main difference is that the former offers more snorkeling time, while the latter more time on the beach. You can also take a stroll around Whitsunday Island National Park in a great atmosphere. Every day, this company takes you to three destinations with its two tours "Northern Exposure" and "Southern Lights": the magnificent Whitehaven Beach, the pristine reefs and Whitsunday Island.
The main difference between these two tours is that Northern Exposure offers more time for snorkeling, while Southern Lights focuses on beach time. It is possible to do these 2 tours in 2 days, taking advantage of a special rate.
The boats of this company are semi-rigid, inflatable and very fast. Each boat has a maximum capacity of 32 passengers, which ensures a good atmosphere and privileged contact with the guides.
You can also fly in a small aircraft for a 60-minute flight over the Whitsundays. Breathtaking scenery!
Operating since 1997, Ocean Rafting is proud to have privileged permits allowing its vessels to visit protected areas in the Great Barrier Reef. It is the only operator to have direct access to the beautiful and iconic Inlet Hill beach, as well as the precious and dazzling reefs around Hook Island!

The journey home was incredible. We met up with 2 of the other Oceanrafting boats, it was alot calmer and we took it in turns surfing tbe wakes of the other boats twisting and turning again to a fantastic sound track.
I can't thank the crew enough for making it such a memorible experiance for me, my mum and especially my daughter.
Those guys are a asset to the team. I cant wait to come back and do it all again and also the Ocean Safari up Cape Trib.
