Situated on the water's edge and close to the marina, this restaurant stands out for its local gastronomy with original flavors. It offers dishes based on crocodile, kangaroo, shellfish and fish flavored with Australian spices. The dishes are hearty and the cuisine high quality. You'll have a great time in a sublime setting, inviting you to escape into the bush with the aromas of this delicate cuisine. We recommend their 3-course menu at AU$ 85 for gourmets in the evening. The lunchtime menus (with drinks) are also excellent value for money!

the best of the authentic Australian cuisine, at your table, affordable accommodation. The kangaroo meat served in a sauce with the bush is simply divine.
The restaurant has a good system to cover allergens by attaching an alert to the table and dishes.
I ordered a fried dish (coconut prawns) and it was announced "for coeliac" when it arrived at the table. Be sure to specify this rather than rely on the GF labelling, just to be sure you are covered.
We sat inside for the air conditioning, however with a busy restaurant and a few open doors it wasn't as cool as I'd hoped. I recommend ordering a drink with ice, my sparkling warmed up very quickly. ????
Also the Ochre salad on the sides menu is huuuuuge. Certainly enough for three or more people to share as a side.
