Skyrail is a great way to experience the World Heritage-listed rainforest in a different way. Take to the skies aboard your gondola for superb views of Cairns and the rainforest. On your way to Kuranda, stroll through the forest and admire the impressive Barron Falls. All stations have been built in existing clearings and cannot be seen from the other side of the waterfall.

Je suis allée de Smithfield à Kuranda grâce au Skyrail Rainforest cableway et c'était vraiment une belle expérience ! Les différents stops vous permettront de découvrir l'histoire de la Terre et de la forêt tropicale et de voir les Barrons Falls. Le skyrail marchant en continu, vous pourrez faire des pauses de la durée que vous voulez. Cette expérience vous permettra de découvrir la forêt tropicale sous différents angles et de profiter d'une jolie balade !

agréable aller en train historique avec arrêt près des Barron Fall's, arrivée dans une gare bijou et fleurie de flamboyants, visite assez rapide et sans grand intérêt de Kuranda et surtout le retour vers cairns par le Skyrail, le téléphérique magique, petite cabine suspendue au-dessus de la rainforest et ses arbres géants, quarante minutes d'enchantement avec deux arrêts pour s'enfoncer un peu dans la luxuriante végétation. Cela donne un autre aperçu de la Rainforest, c'est tout simplement magnifique vu de dessus. Il y a deux arrêts qui permettent d'en apprendre plus et qui nous donnent une vue sur des endroits très agréables
