This pretty address opened its doors in 2022. The project was initiated by Adam, a Scottish chef living in Australia, and Namhee, his Korean wife. Holder of the title of "Best Seafood Restaurant in Australia", Adam launched this new project promoting fresh and local products. On the menu, seafood combined with creative flavors: Tempura shrimp with peppers, red pepper and ginger, mussels with lemongrass and Asian herbs, Tasmanian salmon carpaccio. Each dish is paired with a wine: a perfect match!
